What is an Ohio Beaders Challenge? It is a call to all Ohio Beaders members to engage in a jewelry making related undertaking that is a personal test of one's abilities or resources and is demanding but stimulating to those engaged in it. The purpose is to "push" you to make something you may not make otherwise. It is to stretch your beading limits. It is not a contest. It is not a swap. You keep your project and photos will be posted in the Ohio Beaders Showcase.
· When? This Challenge is a time limited event starting March 19, 2011 and runs until May 14, 2011. Items submitted must be made during this time period and submitted by May 14, 2011.
· Theme? The theme is “Spring Fever” Bead Kit Challenge which means you are making any type of jewelry or wearable art using at least 75% of the beads in the kit purchased from the Gahanna Bead Studio. You may use the pendant or not.
